Ghost CMO Courses - Legal Information

REFUND POLICY

Standard Refund Window

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Ghost CMO course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you've completed less than 50% of the course content. No fees, no questions asked - we just ask that you tell us what didn't work so we can improve.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, submit a request using the form on the Contact Page with your order number and purchase confirmation. Include a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval unless other payment method arrangements are mutually agreed upon in writing.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date

  • You have completed more than 50% of the course content (videos, templates, or materials)

  • You purchased during a promotional period with special "all sales final" terms

Course Bundle Refunds

If you purchased all three courses as a bundle ($1,350), the same 30-day/50% completion rule applies to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties preventing course access, we will work with you to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the technical problem, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund window.
