REFUND POLICY
Standard Refund Window
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Ghost CMO course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you've completed less than 50% of the course content. No fees, no questions asked - we just ask that you tell us what didn't work so we can improve.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, submit a request using the form on the Contact Page with your order number and purchase confirmation. Include a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval unless other payment method arrangements are mutually agreed upon in writing.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
You have completed more than 50% of the course content (videos, templates, or materials)
You purchased during a promotional period with special "all sales final" terms
Course Bundle Refunds
If you purchased all three courses as a bundle ($1,350), the same 30-day/50% completion rule applies to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
